Q. Is ordering online secure?

A. Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website (or through any other means). The server that hosts our programmes encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. During the encryption process, information is scrambled into small bits of code that cannot be read as they travel to us over the Internet. Once we receive the encrypted information, we use a private, one-of-a-kind key to decode it. All of the information you provide during the ordering process is restricted to our staff, and we make sure that all of our employees up-to-date on our security and privacy policies. Q. How do I place my order?

A. Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, move your cursor to the lower-right corner of the screen and click on the “Checkout” button. You will then be transferred to complete the process via PayPal. Should you encounter any difficulties during the checkout process, please feel free to contact our customer service department using the email address above.

Q. How do I gain access to your free PDFs?

A. Once you’re signed up, you will be able to access all the materials available for the programme you have signed up for by using the unique login details sent to you immediately after registration.

Q. Can I copy and freely distribute PDFs that I download from your website?

A. PDFs and ebooks that are downloaded from our site are intended for individual use only. Customers require permission from us to obtain licensing information.

Q. How will I know that you have received my order?

A. After you complete the checkout process, you will also receive confirmation via e-mail that we have received your order. (Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly on the order form so that we can be sure to deliver your confirmation to you.)

Q. What if I need to change my email address or login details?

A. Please e-mail our Customer Service department with your changes at least two weeks before you need the change to take place. In your correspondence, include your old email address and the new address, as well as any special instructions you might have regarding your subscription. Q. What are your payment options?

A. We accept three types of major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa and American Express), as well as PayPal or wire transfers (for international customers only). We can issue invoices to you if necessary but a request for this must be made by email and we will forward all the necessary details for making the payment process as smooth as possible for you.

Q. What is your returns policy?

A. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for some reason you are not and you wish to cancel your purchase, you’ll receive a full refund should you cancel within 7 days of purchase. You will need to email our Customer Service department to obtain a reference number. Once you have obtained your reference number, please allow 3 working days for the refund to be processed. If you have additional questions about our returns policy, please email our Customer Service department. Refunds after 7 days are not accepted.

Q. How long after placing my order should I expect to receive my login details?
